Restore purchases

On a new device or after reinstalling the game, open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Animal Hospital. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
