Animal Hospital: Vet Games

Animal Hospital: Vet Games (the “App”) is a game for children aged 5 and under, made by App Machine SIA, a company registered in Latvia (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the App handles. In short: the App does not collect any personal information — neither from children nor from parents.

What the App collects

Nothing. The App has no accounts and no sign-in, and it never asks for a name, email address or photo. It does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photo library. It contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not send information about you, your child or your device to us or to anyone else.

Game progress and purchase status are stored only on your device and are deleted when you delete the App.

Purchases

Some animals open with an in-app purchase or subscription. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID: we never see your name, email address or payment details. Apple handles purchases under the Apple Privacy Policy. Purchases are behind a parental gate — a task for adults — so that children cannot buy anything by accident. The same gate protects every link that leads out of the App.

Statistics from Apple

Apple gives developers aggregated statistics about their apps in App Store Connect — for example, the number of downloads, purchases and crashes — for users who have agreed to share such data with developers. If we advertise the App through Apple Ads, Apple reports campaign results to us in aggregate as well. This information does not identify you or your child, and the App itself contains no code for it.

Children’s privacy

The App is listed in the Kids category of the App Store. Because it collects no personal information, there is nothing to share with third parties and nothing that would require parental consent under the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you contact us

When you write to support@appmachinegaming.com, we receive your email address and your message and use them only to reply. Emails reach us through our email providers. We keep the correspondence only as long as needed to help you and delete it at your request. Please do not send us personal information about your child.

This website

appmachinegaming.com uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. For the App the answer is none; for emails you sent us, just ask and we will delete them. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the App handles any data, we will update this policy before releasing that version and change the effective date above.
