Restore purchases

On a new device or after reinstalling the game, open the parent area behind the parental gate and choose to restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed in the subscription settings of your store account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

The game collects no personal data. Read the privacy policy, or erase everything the game remembers by following the data deletion steps.
